Once you have executed your Revocable Living Trust you may wish to change the beneficiary designation on your Life Insurance policies to your Trust so that the proceeds are paid to the Trustee upon death.
This will result in the Policy Proceeds to be administered according to the provisions of your trust instead of being paid outright to your beneficiaries.
